Let me commence with a interesting plot where I was asked by someone in my locality about my concern for getting involved in Mayor candidacy for my area, He was saying many young individual are getting forward for individual candidacy for the election of mayor with vision, why don’t you come up with yours and we shall endorse you, I thanked him for his suggestion but at the same time I also forwarded him the instant response that we are the part of ecosystem and if we commence to think that we alone can bring change than we are disturbing the eco system which would not take us far away. My vision is we youth have that potential and energy to bring the absolute change and innovation to the country but if we intent to bring the change alone than I must say its just the individual desire which is not going to run for long term. If our determination is concrete and vision is strong enough than I think we need to team up and make the strong chain system which can make a great influence in future. I think pre existing parties in Nepal are dragged by some kind of ambiguity one day to another so getting to those parties is not going to help those dynamic people to explore. I think it’s the right time where every youth need to rise up and form an absolute power where we can crave our future and our country’s future as we like but before that we need to make a determination to stick to some of the ground rules.
I am interested for the candidacy but getting involve in this trend would be just limited to public stunt and I alone can make little difference to the society which would drag much more queries in the future so I do not want to ruin that impact. I believe that we all youth need to form one good alliance where we need to make an absolute parameter which can change the face of our country and can bring long term impact to the country. I believe that every youth from individual house need to get the collaboration with wise and empty heart with the intention to explore, learn, serve and lead for prosperity. Overthrowing all the desire and personal attic need to be done before skydiving to this movement. If someone is happy for those people who are trying to run alone with out team work than I am afraid that those youth are deliberating toward a great mistake and that mistake going to ruin the eco system in long term. I think we have to understand that country is like a family and taking the brainstorming to microlevel, we can commence from our family, if you think some decision is good enough and can bring change to the family than its imperative to understand that your family need to support you or need to stand by you, only then you can implement the ideas so its somewhat similar where every youth and individual need to stand with you and for that you need strong alliance and strong team where you have a strong support system to come up with.
Being an engineer, I think important of team and team member is enormous, if you think that technology can replace it, its never gone happen, the construction of Great wall of china, Pyramid and such other ancient mega structures are some of the example of what team work can bring to where even modern manpower and technology are amused to see that master piece so it would take time but if we can get intact than I think this would be the absolute change to the country. People are looking for astute candidate, people are looking for change but with the same kind of people and their fake face gone influence the system because they have a strong team chain and if we want that to happen, I think we youth can bring the change and dissociate the fake people chain and for making this things happen, we need to step up and make that strong team to make the impact to the country. I believe that right person in right place is what we need to get intact with and if we can incorporate the vision than I do think that even impossible gone bow their knee toward us.
I vow to the today’s youth to come together and lets unit for the absolute change, for the real time change to the society, for the sustainable ecosystem of the society, for the massive change in the education system and reach to the society, for the absolute innovative change and reach to the medical facilities, for the massive generation of income based infrastructure to the country, for the great entrepreneurial stages in the society, for the massive increase in the opportunities in the country, I think every such things is only possible when we all unite together and have a common ground to work for the sustainability of the society. If each individual commence to walk in their own perception and would commence to think the change is possible, I must make them aware that, such change is not even possible in your family until and unless your family member are convinced and starts to support you so, let’s forget about the society and country’s change. Today’s need is the change and innovative transformation and that can be possible when we youth come forward with the absolute and concrete mandate for the country, with the high integrity and high moral to the field else same trend might follow up where fake people would have enough data to showcase what youth can render when they are not properly governed. Some of the new parties and their activities have shaken the pond and their activities have reflected the dubious concept among people about they are going to have the same pattern that we have encounter so rising yourself above the desire is very important for brining change to the society.
I think the change have commenced and it’s the right time to unite where we youth need to collaborate, need to exchange our ideas and brainstorm for some absolute vision and need to be wise enough to stuck to it whatever the situation would be, We have seen the system of king, we have seen the system of the parties now it’s the time where youth need to render something and I am confident enough that it can really bring a flood of change so, overlooking some small achievements and overlooking your personal interest I would like to call upon all the individual candidacy for collaboration where we can commence to write the future of the nation and our approach can help the country tremendously. It’s the time to understand the power and essence and importance of team work before you get fooled anyway. If you are interested to bring the change and collaborate with wise and dedicated vision, lets unite and make a strong connection among each other. Let’s brainstorm about the needs and get stuck to some points and commence to be wise and smart to implement it. Our one or two approach might not take us long away but future would be ours if we plan our present properly and learn from everyone’s past.
