People have to die once you are born in this earth and its nugatory to overlook the death and act like a fool. Today’s generation are of different perception and caliber, they not just want to get success in life but at the same time they also want to explore and work for social transformation. Today’s need is in such an extend that it has compelled to change every aspect of life. Emerging multinational companies are brainstorming about the employ’s retention. Character is todays must have aptitude that every organization is hungry for. For instance, the top multinational companies are least bothered about your qualification but they are much focused for your skills and the way you take care of your approach and make the impact to the organization. No any institution in the world are taking much more steps for teaching this particular thing to the students so its imperative to take care of the character of a person and if this exist than your journey of life can be more accessible and reflective. It’s also important for every parent to teach their offspring about what really is good character and how it can influence in their life. The next C is about confidence, if we have the confidence to direct any circumstance than we can bring any problem to the knee of the solution. Many people in the world are apart from successful life where in reality they deserve it and its lacking behind because of the confidence so having the I can do attitude and implanting nothing is impossible in life is the key for success, its impossible till the solution is not found and if this I can and I must attitude is piled up in the peoples brain, it can create a wonder to the world. Confidence can also be harmful when you do not have a right character and right skills so, working to embrace the positive attitude can help anyone in a great extent.
